Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Nakhsha Customer Central collects, uses, stores, and shares information when authorized users use the mobile application and related services.
1. Who we are
Nakhsha Customer Central ("NCC", "the App") is a construction project and customer service application used by Nakhsha and its authorized customers, employees, site personnel, project managers, administrators, and other approved project stakeholders.
In this Privacy Policy, "Nakhsha", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the entity operating Nakhsha Customer Central.
2. Information we collect

3. How we use information
We use information to operate and improve Nakhsha Customer Central, including to:
- authenticate users and maintain secure login sessions;
- show the correct projects, sites, tickets, and information based on the user's role and assignments;
- allow customers and authorized staff to create, update, and monitor construction-related tickets and requests;
- support stock, project, site, and operational workflows;
- verify location when a feature requires presence within an approved site or office geofence;
- send important push notifications and service messages;
- maintain security, audit, troubleshooting, and operational records;
- respond to support requests and administer user accounts; and
- comply with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and security obligations.
4. Location information
Nakhsha Customer Central may request access to precise and approximate location while the App is in use. Location is used for location-restricted features, such as verifying that an authorized user is physically present within an approved construction-site or office geofence before completing certain operational actions.
The App is not designed to continuously track a user's location in the background. Location access is requested in connection with a user-facing action where location verification is required.
You can manage location permission through your Android device settings. If location permission is denied, features that require geofence verification may not be available.
5. Camera and photos
The App may request camera access so you can capture photos for tickets, site updates, issue documentation, project records, or similar construction-related purposes. The App may also allow you to select photos from your device using the available Android media/photo selection interface.
We access photos only when you choose to capture or select them for an App feature. Photos that you submit may be uploaded to Nakhsha systems and retained with the related ticket, project, site, or operational record.
You can manage camera access through Android settings. Refusing camera permission will not prevent use of unrelated App features, although photo-capture features may not function.
6. Notifications and device information
Nakhsha Customer Central uses push notifications to deliver information such as ticket updates, escalations, project-related notifications, and other service messages. For this purpose, the App may process a push notification token and limited device/app information required to route notifications.
You can control notification permission through your Android device settings. Disabling notifications may cause you to miss important service updates.
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, administer active construction projects, maintain project and ticket history, support security and audit requirements, resolve disputes, comply with legal or contractual obligations, and maintain necessary business records.
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and the project or legal requirements that apply. Data may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion from active systems.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, authenticated sessions, encrypted network transport, role-based authorization, security logging, and restricted administrative access.
No electronic system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting access to their mobile devices and reporting suspected unauthorized account activity.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on your relationship with Nakhsha and applicable law, you may request to:
- access or correct your account information;
- update inaccurate profile information;
- request deletion of your account or personal information, subject to legal, contractual, project, security, and record-retention requirements;
- withdraw optional device permissions such as camera, location, or notifications through Android settings; and
- contact us with a privacy question, complaint, or data request.
Some NCC accounts may be created or administered by Nakhsha or an authorized organization rather than self-created by the user. In those cases, account deletion or access changes may need to be coordinated with the relevant administrator.
To request account/data deletion, contact us using the details in the Contact Us section below.
11. Children's privacy
Nakhsha Customer Central is intended for authorized customers, employees, contractors, and project stakeholders and is not designed for use by children. We do not knowingly provide App accounts to children for independent use.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, our business practices, service providers, legal requirements, or security practices. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page and provide additional notice where appropriate.
